Teachers Well-being Programme

You look after every child in your class. Who looks after you?

Heavy workloads, difficult parent conversations and classroom pressure add up. Mantraminds offers teachers confidential one-to-one counselling and practical group sessions — in person at Greater Kailash II or online.

Sound familiar?

If this feels like your week, you're not alone

These are common experiences for teachers — and they're a good reason to talk to someone.

  • check_circle You're tired before Monday has even started.
  • check_circle Parent messages and meetings leave you anxious.
  • check_circle It's hard to switch off once you're home.
  • check_circle Classroom behaviour leaves you drained by lunchtime.
  • check_circle You give everything at school and have little left for yourself or your family.
How the programme works

Three ways we support you

groups

1. Group sessions

Small groups of teachers working through real classroom situations together: role-plays for difficult parent conversations, problem-solving for behaviour and workload, and simple breathing and mindfulness techniques you can use during the school day.

psychology

2. One-to-one counselling

Private sessions with our psychologist to talk through stress, burnout, relationships or anything else on your mind.

health_and_safety

3. Yearly well-being check-in

A short check on your stress, sleep and work-life balance, followed by a conversation about what would help. This is a check-in, not a diagnosis.

What you share stays private

What you discuss in one-to-one sessions stays between you and your psychologist. Your school is not told whether you attended or what you talked about. The only exception is if there is a serious risk to your safety or someone else's — your psychologist will explain this in your first session.

For schools

Bring the programme to your staff

Schools can arrange the programme for their teaching team — group sessions at your school or at our clinic, plus access to one-to-one counselling for any teacher who wants it. Schools receive general themes and attendance numbers only, never individual teachers' details.
